Standard Reservations

The maximum number for any reservation is 6 people.
We never guarantee a specific location in the restaurant.
Managers may at their discretion, take larger groups only on the day of the reservation based on availability.

Artichoke & Kale Hummus (vegan, v) – fresh crudité, warm pita, olive oil, za’atar

Tuna Tartare – crispy wonton, sesame ginger dressing, chili oil

Smoked Chicken Wings – house-smoked wings, habanero maple glaze, ranch

Charcuterie & Cheese – chef’s selection of 3 meats and 3 cheeses with pickles, mustard, olives,nuts, honey, grilled bread +7pp

Sliders – choice of smoked brisket, pulled pork, beef or Impossible patties topped with tomato, red onion and aioli on mini King’s Hawaiian buns

Skewers – teriyaki chicken, salmon, pork belly, or steak

Quinoa Cakes (vegan, v, gf) – black beans, quinoa, mushrooms, zucchini, kale, caramelized onion, herb aioli, fresh herbs

Kale Caesar (vegan, v) - kale mix, toasted almonds, sourdough croutons, nutritional yeast, vegan caesar dressing

Market Salad (vegan, v, gf) - romaine, butter lettuce, avocado, toasted walnuts, citrus, cucumber, mustard vinaigrette

Crispy Goat Cheese (v) – lettuce mix, goat cheese medallions, butternut squash, pomegranate, fine herbs, champagne vinaigrette

Poached Pear Salad (v) – red wine poached pears, candied pecans, gorgonzola dolce, fine herbs, mustard vinaigrette

Short Rib Ragu – red wine braised short rib, fettucine, marinara

Final Guest Count must be confirmed by Host 48 hours in advance and if the range of attendance is given Pedalers Fork will assume max attendance to ensure adequate food and beverage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days are charged the event fee. Minimum events are charged 10% of the food and beverage minimum. Cancellations within 24 hours (or no show) are charged 50% of the assumed total.
